Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve I make a turkey dinner for Jason's family. We do a toast for the New Year and then we eat and talk. This is a tradition in my family to celebrate on Christmas Eve. (Something to help me feel like I am back in Utah) After, dinner we went to the Christmas Eve service at church. Following church we go back over to Anne and Marty's house for pie and hot chocolate. Something new this year was Grandpa Marty made a hay ride for us to go look at lights. That was really neat and a new fun tradition. :*)

Christmas Day

Jesse woke up Christmas day to find his presents.
He went right over to his slide.
He loves it!! :*)
He also really enjoys playing with his vacuum.

When we finished opening all the great gifts that Santa had left and the presents my parents had sent. We went over to Grandpa and Grandma Calhoun's house for breakfast and more presents. Jesse got some great shoes from Grandma that light up.

That evening we went over to Great Grandpa and Grandma's house for a
yummy dinner and to exchange our gifts.
The day was really fun. Jesse enjoyed all his presents and being with family.

Santa

HO...HO...HO..HO. We visited Santa on Sunday.
Jesse wouldn't sit with Santa because he didn't like the Santa Suit.(even though it was Great Grandpa Rollin) The American Legion throws a little Christmas party for the kids with games and seeing Santa.

Jesse has discovered that if he drags my baking pans around the kitchen that they make a LOT of noise and he LOVES it!! What a Silly Man..But so Cute!

Tis the Season

The Owens family (Ricky's Parents) always invite us over for a wonderful Christmas party.
Kathy makes amazing food and even better deserts.
It is a very fun time with friends. :*)

Oatmeal Face

Well Jesse loves to feed himself. He has been feeding himself since he was 7 months old. He refused to have us feed him from a spoon. So he gets really messy!!
I thought he looked so silly while he was eating his oatmeal because he got that little piece on his nose.

Christmas Set-up

We set-up all of our Christmas stuff. My mom gives all of us a new ornament every year. We opened them the day after Thanksgiving to add to our tree.
I am rocking horses, Jason is airplanes, JT is Santa Clause, Jesse is toy soliders and Jordan is reindeer.
A little fun tradition that has been going on since I was born.
